  1. Do we have to replace our existing systems?

    Almost never. We typically build alongside your ERP, CRM, POS, WMS or healthcare platform and move information between them. Replacement is the last option we recommend, not the first.

  2. How small can a first project be?

    We can start small. Many customers begin with a focused use case or single location to prove value quickly, then expand from there.

  3. What do you need from us to start?

    A clear goal, access to the right stakeholders, and a small working group. We’ll help define the scope and handle the rest.

  4. Do you work with our existing IT team or replace them?

    We work with your team, not around them. Our role is to complement your internal IT and bring specialized expertise where it’s needed.

  5. Where does AI actually come in?

    AI is used where it creates real value — like automating manual work, surfacing insights from your data, and improving decisions. It’s practical, not experimental. We deliver agents and automation that operate on your data and systems, with guardrails.

  6. What happens after the first project ships?
